Crom is a seasoned businessman and venture capitalist, having raised capital for more than 30 early stage technology companies. He serves on the boards of several of those and a number of them are now publicly traded. Crom holds a degree in business from Vanderbilt University.
Chief Executive Officer
John was recruited to DST in 2009 after a successful career in senior management in Fortune 100 companies. John achieved “Lean Master” status in the Toyota Production System, and has extensive experience in software deployment. He has been the driving force behind the evolution of our integrated, Internet-based, digital platform. John holds a BSEE from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Chief Engineer and Board Member
Mike is a 30+ year veteran of General Motors and widely recognized as an industry leader in predictive maintenance with many industry certifications. He is the principal developer of our patented tool and other present-day patented technologies. Under his direction, DST continues to further develop our technology and improve upon current processes widely used in predictive maintenance.
Board Member/Sales Manager
Regan is a General Contractor providing consulting and construction services in California and Nevada. She specializes in multi-unit, mid and high-rise repairs, maintenance and forensic investigations. Regan was a Magna Cum Laude graduate from California State University Chico, and certified thermographer with over 1000 hours in infrared investigations relating to building failure.
Greg joined DST with over 25 years of business leadership expertise. His background in strategic partnerships and channel management brings insight to team collaboration and enables DST business growth using our HVAC Partner Distribution Strategy. With his practical knowledge of HVAC, he leverages our people and technology to create customer value using our 21st century HVAC Service delivery model. As President, Greg is responsible for DST business growth, strategic planning and the delivery of a DST national footprint. Greg joined DST with leadership experiences from Siemens, Johnson Controls and Trane where he developed high-performance HVAC building and facility service models. Prior to HVAC, he spent 15 years in the communication industry with Sprint Communications and Siemens Enterprise Networks. Greg graduated with a Business Management and Marketing Degree from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, LA.
Vice-President; Sales & Marketing
Mike is leading DST business development and is heavily involved in our new Partner selection process by qualifying key markets and future partner companies who will utilize our technology and our accompanying “Discovery Platform”. He is a certified Change Management Specialist, certified Six Sigma Professional and earned his HVAC certification in 1977. Mike’s background in quality improvement and process change management promotes the shift in the paradigm to a more effective HVAC&R predictive maintenance platform at lower costs. Mike joined DST after spending 10 years with W.W. Grainger in various sales and business development positions. Prior to that, he spent over 25 years in the technology design sales and marketing field with corporations like TYCO Electronics, Siemens EC, AMP Incorporated, Dover Corporation. Raised in a commercial / industrial mechanical construction family, he is very familiar with our industry, our focus and our mission.
Director of Operations
Glenn provides a wealth in experience in technology, solution and systems sales. This experience applies to a variety of industries as well as dealer channels and system integrators.Glenn has also trained and developed dealer channels and system integrators. He also has managed sales teams as large as twenty-five members while holding positions as VP Sales & Marketing and Sr. VP of Technology Sales. Both of which were focused on product launch and channel management. Additionally, his career evolved into restructuring organization effort for sales and marketing on a national and global scale. Glenn has two sons and enjoys family time, fishing, sports and woodworking.
